The largest student-run event in the United States with over 75,000+ attendees which showcases inclusivity, originality, and radiant enthusiasm that transform the campus to life.

Social Media

Engaged 6,700 followers with informational but relatable content throughout the year. Grew our audience by 2000+ followers from October 2023 to the present day.


Addressed questions and concerns in our comments and DMs, especially during the days leading up to Picnic Day.

Website Management

Ensure the official website is accurate, user friendly, and spelling and grammar free. Updated the information as new promotions occurred.

Press Release

Issued a press release regarding the announcement of the theme and the parade marshal for this year’s Picnic

Day celebration.

Newsletter

Sent monthly newsletters to the UC Davis community, alumni, and sponsors through the 364 days Picnic Day isn’t on campus. This was the first newsletter I sent, introducing the theme, parade marshal, and board of directors.

Interactive Marketing

Hosted 3 giveaways and one in-person scavenger hunt throughout the month before the event to get our community excited about Picnic Day. We had

300+ participants.

Community Building

Compiled and edited quarterly recap videos for the Picnic Day board to recognize how far we have come and appreciate one another.
